Part of the recently established OBP Group, Priority Exhibitions has been delivering brand experiences for over 30 years. Operating as a respected mid-market player, they work with internal marketing teams and design agencies.
Despite a strong reputation, experienced team, and loyal client base, their marketing tools were underperforming. Messaging lacked differentiation, the website was content-light, and engagement with new prospects was limited. With sales focused on developing existing relationships for organic growth, marketing needed to establish a clearer proposition, increase brand awareness, and create scalable tools to attract new opportunities.
Our research, including client surveys and competitor analysis, to understand Priority’s true strengths and market position formed the foundation of a refined proposition built around the idea of the Total Experience, emphasising ROI, exceptional service, trusted partnership, outstanding delivery, and a willingness to go the extra mile.
From there, we implemented a brand refresh and developed a new website and credentials pack designed to showcase their work more effectively and engage target prospects. We introduced structured content marketing, including article writing and photography to highlight creative projects and expertise. Social media management, targeted email marketing, and proactive database management ensured consistent visibility with both prospective and existing clients.
The result is a clearer, more differentiated brand position, improved engagement across digital channels, and a scalable marketing platform that supports both organic growth and new business development within a competitive exhibition sector.
