ECOPROCORK® is an innovative, eco-friendly cork-based insulation and rendering system designed to reduce mould, improve thermal performance, and lower energy consumption. As a new business entering a competitive and often sceptical construction market, they needed more than marketing support. They required a clear commercial strategy, strong positioning, and a scalable platform for growth.
From the outset, we worked alongside ECOPROCORK® on business planning and marketing strategy, defining their proposition within the sustainability and retrofit space.
